Haley Hedlin joined the Quantitative Sciences Unit in 2013 after completing a postdoctoral position with the Five Colleges Consortium. She received her PhD in Biostatistics from Johns Hopkins in 2011. In her pre- and post-doctoral research, she worked closely with neuroscientists to improve statistical methods applied to neuroscience data.
Haley has also contributed to public health research related to cancer screening, blood pressure control, disaster preparedness, and environmental health. She enjoys mentoring clinicians, researchers, and students who are interested in learning statistics. Her statistical interests center around neurostatistics, time series analysis, and methods for longitudinal or clustered data. |
