Become a WiDS Ambassador for 2021!

9/22/2020

Picture
We’re thrilled to announce that the WiDS Ambassador program for 2021 is now live, and we are accepting applications.
WiDS Ambassadors collaborate with the WiDS Worldwide team to bring the Women in Data Science (WiDS) conference to their cohorts, colleagues, and communities. WiDS regional events range from meetups with women in the industry sharing their interest in data science to online events highlighting regional speakers talking about their research in multiple data science domains.

Why should I join?
WiDS Ambassadors are part of a worldwide movement to inspire, educate (regardless of gender), and support women in the field. Between WiDS Stanford and WiDS regional events, the WiDS Worldwide conference reached throughout 100,000+ participants worldwide, online or in person.

WiDS Ambassadors get free access to:
  • Fantastic, relevant technical content to use during a WiDS regional event
  • Event planning and promotional materials, including templates
  • On-going updates from, and access to, the WiDS Worldwide team
  • Networking opportunities with other WiDS Ambassadors worldwide, online and in-person (when possible)
