​​Tamarah Usher has a twenty-year career in technology consulting that includes data science, design and strategic foresight.  Her roles on a wide variety of initiatives have helped companies realize competitive positioning, cost savings and increased market share through business transformation.  Ms. Usher is known as an outstanding leader and team builder with a passion for collaboration and novel approaches to customer centric solutions.  She has a business and communications background and consistently demonstrates creative, organizational, analytical and facilitation skills with a focus on business value and impactful results. Tamarah is committed to diversity and inclusion initiatives and helps women start careers in technology and data science at Launch Code.   Tamarah received her MBA in Global Strategy from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in addition to partner schools in Mexico, Brazil, Netherlands and Hong Kong.
